4. AI MODEL PROCESSING (THIRD PARTIES)

To generate AI responses, your data may be sent to third-party providers such as:

These providers:

We select providers based on:

Note:
We do not control how third-party providers process data beyond contractual safeguards.

  • Data may be deleted earlier upon request (subject to system limitations)

  • Expired data is permanently removed from active systems

No system is completely secure. Use the service at your own risk.

8. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • AmgapTech acts as the Data Processor

We process data only as instructed by your use of the platform.

Your data may be processed outside Ghana through third-party AI providers.

By using the service, you consent to this transfer.
